The process
How it works
Send a request
Tell me what you are working on, what you want out of the session, and a few times that suit you. The more specific you are, the more useful the session.
We confirm scope and time
I reply within two working days to confirm the slot, agree on scope, and share anything worth reading beforehand so we do not spend the session on background.
Session and follow-up
We meet over video. Afterwards you get written notes covering what we decided, what I would do next, and the references worth your time.

Before you book
How are sessions billed?+
Hourly, at the rates listed above. Consulting is ₹5,000 per hour and mentorship is ₹1,500 per hour. I confirm the expected number of hours before we start, so there are no surprises.
Can we book more than one hour?+
Yes. Deeper consulting engagements — architecture reviews, multi-session advisory, or ongoing retainers — are common. Mention it in your request and I will propose a shape and a total.
What is the difference between consulting and mentorship?+
Consulting is for organisations solving a technical or strategic problem. Mentorship is for individuals working on their own career and skills. If you are unsure which fits, just describe your situation and I will point you to the right one.
Which time zones do you work across?+
I am based in India (IST) and regularly take sessions with teams in Europe and the US. Share your preferred times in your request and I will find an overlap.
Do you sign NDAs?+
Yes, for consulting engagements. Mention it in your request and we will handle it before the first session.
